What used to be an expensive afterthought in terms of environmentally friendly building materials and practices is now at the forefront of design and construction with many clients embracing new "green" technologies for new construction, renovation and rehabilitation.
Macallan is committed to environmentally friendly and sustainable building practices whenever possible. Each of our principals is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional. In addition, Macallan has extensive experience incorporating green technologies into projects, such as rain harvest cistern systems, geo-thermal systems, foam insulation and Earthcraft for homes.
