The Macallan Group has recently completed projects at Emory University and Georgia Tech University. The Emory project involved building a new field house for use by intramural sports teams. The Georgia Tech project was performed over the Christmas holidays and involved the conversion of the College of Computing facilities for use by the University’s Choral Group.

Gwinnett County announced that The Macallan Group was selected as Asset Manager for the County’s Neighborhood Stabilization Three program. This program is a federally funded program that provides for the purchase, rehabilitation, and re-sale of foreclosed homes in Gwinnett County.

The Macallan Group completed construction of the new Walton High School Stadium Restroom Facilities and Concessions Building just in time for Walton to continue its championship season!

The Macallan Group breaks ground on six independent living cottages as part of Healthcare Capital’s East Cobb Senior Living Facility on Lower Roswell Road.
