These services include everything from municipal consulting for local governments to asset management and real estate brokerage for residential and commercial properties. Macallan's extensive experience in the industry allows us to offer clients the right combination of services with an integrated approach that delivers results. One recent transaction that demonstrates the range of services Macallan can offer for a single client included the negotiation and purchase of a foreclosed Buckhead property, building a new custom home on the site for our client, renovating their former residence, and the listing / brokerage of the former residence. Instead of dealing with three or four separate firms, our client was able to gain economies of scale by engaging Macallan to handle the entire process.
