The Macallan Group offers turnkey real estate solutions to our clients. In many instances, these solutions don’t necessarily involve construction or program management but instead are focused on specific asset management or consulting roles. Our varied experience across multiple real estate industry sectors affords Macallan a unique perspective with which to assist our clients. Past consulting roles for private sector clients have included feasibility studies, site selection assignments, distressed asset evaluation and extensive due diligence analysis. These services allow clients to assess risk in advance of purchasing individual assets or portfolios of assets.
For public sector clients, Macallan has acted as a real estate consultant to local governments who may not always have the in-house dedicated resources needed for a specific project. These municipal consulting roles have included the negotiation of land acquisition and assemblage, management and implementation of design charrettes, selection of design and construction team members, negotiation of developer agreements, bond financing oversight, and implementation of capital improvement projects.
Macallan also has pursued competitive opportunities for private sector and local government asset management roles that fit our expertise. One recent example was the award of two separate five year contracts to Macallan by Gwinnett County, Georgia to serve as an Asset Manager for its $20 Million plus Neighborhood Stabilization Programs One and Three.
