Recent Macallan Properties transactions include the negotiation and brokerage of ten year leases for two bars and restaurants in Midtown and Downtown Atlanta as well as the brokerage of a large residence on Lake Lanier and the brokerage of over forty REO property purchases throughout the metro Atlanta area.

Effective commercial brokerage representation requires specific market knowledge in order to negotiate the best possible terms on behalf of clients. Macallan Properties Managing Broker and founding Principal James L. Rhoden III, personally handles all commercial transactions and has the knowledge and experience necessary to bring deals from concept to completion. Rhoden is an attorney by training and his legal skills are very helpful in lease and contract discussions. Recent commercial brokerage engagements include a multifamily land tract in Atlanta and a long term restaurant lease in Atlanta.
