These include the restoration, preservation and re-development of The Bricks, an 1838 apartment building in historic Roswell, Georgia into fee simple townhomes, as well as a Traditional Neighborhood Development with single family and fee simple townhome components in one of the best-selling master-planned communities in metro Atlanta – Harmony on the Lakes in Holly Springs, Georgia.
