Macallan Properties is a licensed real estate brokerage, development and investment company. In addition to owning and managing residential, commercial, and industrial rental and for sale properties, this entity is also able to provide comprehensive development services. In one recent transaction, Macallan Properties purchased raw land, oversaw the horizontal development of the property, utilized Macallan's construction arm to build the improvements, and then sold the finished product. This vertical integration of a complete range of real estate services provides us with maximum flexibility in meeting our client's needs and exceeding their expectations.
