Macallan Real Estate | Top Express Car Wash Groundbreaking

An exciting new development is officially underway on Whitlock Avenue in Marietta!

Our Macallan Real Estate team recently joined @topexpresscarwash to break ground on its third metro Atlanta location at 645 Whitlock Avenue in Marietta.

MRE identified the property for its strong demographics, high traffic count, retail synergy, and limited competition. Throughout the sale, our team guided the client through meetings, negotiated contract extensions, and coordinated with the City of Marietta to help create an efficient, cost-effective development plan.

We are proud to see this project moving forward and look forward to Top Express opening in early 2027.
